1Metal materials are widely used in modern industry mainly because of their various properties during processing and use. The mechanical properties of metal materials refer to the characteristics of metal materials under the action of external forces. Common mechanical property indicators are: strength, plasticity, hardness, fracture toughness and fatigue strength. Let me lead you to our mechanical property laboratory. Observe the various phenomena of low-carbon steel and cast iron in metal static tensile tests at room temperature, and become familiar with their strength and plasticity indexes under static load. The metal impact test is applied to help students learn about the measurement of impact absorbing energy under impact load.
金属材料之所以在现代工业中获得广泛应用,主要是由于其具有加工和使用过程中的各种性能。金属材料的力学性能是指金属材料在外力的作用下所表现出来的特性,最常用的力学性能指标有:强度,塑形,硬度,韧性和疲劳强度等。这里我将带领大家来到我校的力学性能实验室。通过金属常温静拉伸实验来观察低碳钢和铸铁在拉伸试验中的各种现象,熟悉在静载荷作用下的强度和塑形指标。通过金属冲击试验来了解冲击载荷作用下冲击吸收能量的测量。
