In recent decades, with the robust development of Automatic Control Theory, computer technology, electronic technology and communication technology, automation welding technology, especially robot welding technology, has grown rapidly. Robotic welding technology is increasingly widely applied in automobile production, shipbuilding, bridge construction and additive manufacturing. The high agility and flexibility of robotic welding enables the welding of complex structures, which can significantly improve not only welding production efficiency, quality and stability, but also the labor environment of the workers. The major focus of this course is the development and application of welding robots. It allows students to learn the basic concept, classification and development characteristics of industrial robots, and have a fair idea of the application of Chinese welding robots in bridge manufacturing, ship welding, automobile production, and high-speed rail locomotive welding.

近几十年来,随着自动控制理论、计算机技术、电子技术和通讯技术等的飞速发展,自动化焊接技术特别是机器人焊接技术得到了迅速发展。机器人焊接技术在汽车生产、船舶制造、桥梁建筑和增材制造等方面的应用越来越广泛。机器人焊接的灵活度、柔性化程度较高,能够完成复杂结构的焊接,可显著提高焊接生产效率、提升产品质量及其生产稳定性、改善工人劳动环境。本节课主要教授焊接机器人的发展与应用,通过学习您将了解工业机器人的基本概念、分类和发展特点等;了解中国焊接机器人在桥梁制造、船舶焊接、汽车生产、高铁机车焊接中的应用。
