Zhejiang Province is located on the coast of Southeast China, with beautiful scenery and a comfortable climate. Hangzhou, which is the provincial capital of Zhejiang, is known as " Paradise in Heaven; Suzhou and Hangzhou on earth”. Before the reform and opening up, Zhejiang was very backward in economic development, with basic urban infrastructure and low living standards. After the reform and opening up, dramatic changes have taken place in Zhejiang, which has become one of the fastest growing provinces in China, and plays an important role in promoting common prosperity and high-quality development. By 2020, Zhejiang's gross domestic product was 6461.3 billion yuan, ranking fourth in China. The per capita disposable income in Zhejiang exceeded 100000 yuan, and the difference between income of urban and rural residents is far lower than the national average. Zhejiang has taken the lead in the reform of science and technology, as well as in the innovation of digital manufacturing industry in the world. The G20 Summit, the World Internet Conference and the 19th Asian Games Hangzhou 2022 which will be held in Hangzhou in 2022 all show everyone the booming development of Zhejiang. Therefore, the report analyzes three means that are driving Zhejiang to develop rapidly: civilian-run economy, digital economy, and Internet-celebrity economy. Based on these three means with Zhejiang characteristics, we look forward to Zhejiang’s future economic development.
