Whenever children play in the grass, their clothes are stained with the green color of grass. Whenever we eat Bayberry and pitaya, we will find that our hands are "dyed" red... These phenomena tell us what plant pigments are, which arouse the students' interest in plant pigments. During the course, students will deeply understand and practice Chinese traditional dyeing.
