The Ritz-Carlton hotel has a motto: "Serve gentlemen and ladies faithfully, as gentlemen and ladies do." This maxim has two meanings: on the one hand, employees and customers are equal;on the other hand, the hotel provides person-to-person service, emphasizing the personalized and human touch of service. The hotel is operating under the guidance of the people-oriented management concept. Through learning this course, students can know the knowledge related to hotel management, enhance communication and coordination skills, and improve their comprehensive quality.
