1This video course is divided into two parts, i.e. the twelve flavors system of Chongqing cuisine and the social contact at the dinning table in Chongqing. First of all, through the detailed introduction of the twelve flavors of Chongqing hot pot, pasta, Jianghu cuisine, home cooking, wine shop, rural field feast, river food, barbecue, urban dishes and national features, the course shows the richness of Bayu diet in a multi-dimensional way. Then, it integrates the social interaction into the diet, vividly presenting the forthright characteristics of Chongqing’s diet and combines students’ cognition and understanding of Chinese culture with vivid people, which will be more comprehensive, true and profound.
本课程视频分为两大板块即重庆菜十二风味体系和重庆餐桌社交,课程首先通过对重庆火锅、面食、江湖菜、家常菜、酒肆、乡村田席、江湖河鲜、烧烤、都市、民族等十二道风味的细致介绍,多元立体地展示巴渝地区饮食的丰富性。接着,将社交贯穿饮食之中,生动形象地呈现重庆饮食豪爽的江湖特征。让学员对中国文化的认知与理解与一个个鲜活的人结合起来,更加全面、真实、深刻。
