This video course is divided into two parts, i.e. the twelve flavors system of Chongqing cuisine and the social contact at the dinning table in Chongqing. First of all, through the detailed introduction of the twelve flavors of Chongqing hot pot, pasta, Jianghu cuisine, home cooking, wine shop, rural field feast, river food, barbecue, urban dishes and national features, the course shows the richness of Bayu diet in a multi-dimensional way. Then, it integrates the social interaction into the diet, vividly presenting the forthright characteristics of Chongqing’s diet and combines students’ cognition and understanding of Chinese culture with vivid people, which will be more comprehensive, true and profound.
