This video course mainly expounds the hot pot culture in Chongqing’s catering culture. Under the background of Chinese hot pot culture, the course not only introduces the origin and changes, history and influence, characteristics and times of Chongqing spicy hot pot, but also focuses on the eating and production process. The course aims to lead foreign students to wander in the hot pot world of the beautiful mountain city through Chongqing cuisine and hot pot culture, show them the spicy and delicious flavor of Chongqing hot pot and the warm, generous and hospitable charm of Chongqing people from one side, and stimulate their yearning for Chongqing, an ancient and young city with profound and deep feelings.

本视频课程的主要内容是重庆饮食文化中的火锅文化。在中国火锅文化的大背景下,课程不但介绍了重庆麻辣火锅的起源与变迁、历史与影响、特色与时代性,还着重讲解了重庆火锅的吃法与制作过程。课程希望透过重庆美食和火锅文化,带领外国学员徜徉美丽山城的火锅世界,从一个侧面向他们展示重庆火锅的麻辣鲜香和重庆人热情大方、豪爽好客的性格魅力,激发他们对重庆这座既古老又年轻、既厚重又深情的城市的向往之情。
