The use of tea by Chinese people has experienced a process from medicine making, eating to drinking, and gradually formed a unique tea culture. Teahouse is a special place for Chinese people to drink tea. In the teahouse, “all the people of the world are brothers”, which can be called a “condensed small society”. This course consists of seven videos, which firstly summarizes the origin of tea culture and the development of teahouses. Then, it introduces the function and style of Chongqing teahouse respectively. Finally, through the wonderful and meticulous interpretation of Chongqing’s traditional old teahouse and new teahouse, it shows the bold feelings of the old mountain city and the streetwise mortals, as well as the courage and boldness of the new Chongqing to pursue innovation, so as to deepen the students’ understanding of Chongqing’s teahouse culture full of regional features.

中国人对茶的利用经历了从药用、食用到饮用的过程,渐渐形成了独具特色的茶文化。茶馆,是中国人专门用作饮茶的场所,在茶馆,“四海之内皆兄弟也”,称得上是一个“浓缩了的小社会”。本课程由7个视频组成,先总述茶文化及茶馆的发展源流,再分别介绍重庆茶馆的功能和样式,最后通过对重庆传统老茶馆和新式茶馆精彩细致的演绎,展现出老重庆山城味道的江湖豪爽情和市井烟火气,新重庆追求创新的魄力与勇气,加深学员对充满地域色彩的重庆茶馆文化的了解。
