There are many kinds of Chinese cuisines, so varied local cuisines have been created due to regional difference. Chongqing’s unique geographical environment and climatic characteristics have contributed to Chongqing people’s dietary customs of “advocating taste and spicy fragrance” and their upright and forthright personality. This course will start from three aspects: “Chongqing Jianghu cuisine”, “Chongqing hot pot” and “Chongqing snacks”, so that the students can feel the atmosphere of Chongqing Jianghu cuisine, the enthusiasm of Chongqing hot pot and the unique flavor of Chongqing snacks. Chongqing catering culture is a window to show the beautiful style of Chongqing, which can let more people understand the food customs of Chongqing people, appreciate the unique food culture of Chongqing, create appreciation value and emotional value and deepen the students’ understanding and recognition of Chinese traditional culture at the same time.

中国美食种类繁多,地域的差异造就了多姿多彩的地方美食。重庆独特的地理环境和气候特征促成了重庆人“尚滋味,好辛香”的饮食习俗和耿直豪爽的性格特点。本次课程将从“重庆江湖菜”“重庆火锅”和“重庆小吃”三个方面展开,让学员们感受重庆江湖菜的大气豪迈、重庆火锅的热情火辣和重庆小吃的独特风味。重庆饮食文化是展示重庆亮丽风采的一个窗口,它可以让更多人了解重庆人民的饮食习俗,领略重庆独特的美食文化,具有丰富的鉴赏价值和情感价值,同时也加深学员对中国传统文化的理解与认知。
