Taichi (a kind of traditional Chinese shadow boxing) is the excellent traditional culture of Chinese nation. It is a unique national traditional sports with the function of strengthening body and self-cultivation, which is a way for healthcare and health preservation highly praised by people. 24 pattern Taichi, is also known as “Simplified Taichi”, from the simple to the complex, from the easier to the more advanced. The movements of this set of boxing are coherent, soft, soothing, flexible with unique arrangement. Through the relaxed and smooth muscle movement of 24 pattern Taichi, combined with the guidance of breathing and the adjustment of mind, it can help enhance the function of human viscera, stimulate the circulation of blood, dredge meridians, and strengthen muscles and bones. Over the years, 24 pattern Taichi has been widely spread and deeply loved by the great majority of the people.
