Pasta refers to the food mainly made of flour. There are different kinds of pasta all over the world. China’s pasta has a wide variety and a long history. As a kind of culture, Chinese pasta culture is a historical and cultural heritage, and its production technology is a precious intangible cultural heritage.A wide variety of pasta has been favored by the Chinese people. Pasta is not only a kind of food, but also an embodiment of Chinese folk customs. China’s Pastry has long history, different flavors and a wide variety, mainly including noodles, steamed bread, fried dough sticks, roujiamo, huoshao, dumplings, steamed stuffed buns, wonton, pancake, Nang and various cakes. In China,most Chinese people like to eat pasta, especially the northerners of China.And some cannot do without noodles for three meals a day. The staple foods of the Chinese are mostly pasta. Through the study of the course, students can not only see all kinds of attractive Chinese pasta,but also learn a lot of Chinese pasta culture.

该课程的主要内容是介绍中国的面食文化。面食是主要以面粉制成的食物,世界各地均有不同种类的面食,而中国的面食不仅种类繁多而且历史悠久。作为一种文化,中国面食文化是历史文化的遗产,其制作技艺是珍贵的非物质文化遗产,几千年来,种类繁多的面食备受中国老板姓的青睐。面食不仅是一种食物,同时也是中国民俗的一种体现。

中国的面食历史悠久,风味各异,品种繁多,主要有面条、馒头、油条、肉夹馍、火烧、饺子、包子、馄饨、煎饼果子、馕和各种饼。中国的面食不仅中国人喜欢,很多外国人也喜欢。

    在中国,大部分中国人都喜欢吃面食,特别是北方人。很多北方人一天三顿都离不开面食。而中国人的主食大部分都是面食。通过课程的学习,学生们不仅能看到各种诱人的中国面食,还能学习到很多中国的面食文化。
