The main content of this course is to introduce the famous Shandong cuisine and Boshan cuisine, including the history, taste characteristics and representative dishes of Shandong cuisine and Boshan cuisine. The course involves two themes of "appreciation" and "taste". It integrates the long history, characteristic taste and development status of Shandong cuisine and Boshan cuisine, and is equipped with pictures, words and videos. It has various forms and rich content, showing the unique appearance of Shandong cuisine and Boshan cuisine.

该课程的主要内容是介绍著名的鲁菜和博山菜,包括鲁菜和博山菜的发展历史、口味特点以及代表菜品等。该课程主要从“欣赏”“品味”两个主题出发,将鲁菜和博山菜的悠久历史、特色味道和发展现状汇于一体,并配有图片、文字、视频等介绍,形式多样,内容丰富,展现出了鲁菜和博山菜的独特样貌。
