As the birthplace of kite culture in China, both the headquarter for International Kite Federation and the place where the International Kite Festival is held, Weifang is the largest kite producing area as well as the largest distributing center, being named as the World Kite Capital.This course mainly introduces the origin and development of kites, the characteristics of kites in science and technology, literature and culture, the weifang characteristic kite village-Yangjiabu, the making method of Weifang kites and the kite museum to explain the kite culture in detail. Let the students deepen their understanding of Qilv culture, stimulate their learning skills and enthusiasm for Chinese culture.
