This course is divided into two parts: theory and practice. The theoretical part mainly explains the "mushroom" in the agricultural dietary structure: "meat , vegetables and mushrooms", which includes five contents: colorful life world; hunger breeds discontentment; mushroom crops; mushroom structure, mushroom and health, reflecting gorgeous and colorful mushrooms, Chinese mushroom culture and the relationship between mushroom and human survival and health. The training part includes two parts: understanding mushrooms and feeling mushroom culture.
