Yantai cuisine, mainly fushan cuisine. Fukuyama has a long history of cooking and heavy food culture. Fushan cuisine was recorded in the Spring and Autumn period and the Warring States Period. Fushan cuisine, Jinan Lixia cuisine and Jining Kongfu cuisine have long been recognized as the "three pillars" of Shandong cuisine. This course mainly introduces the development and characteristics of Shandong cuisine among the four traditional Chinese cuisines. Through the introduction of classic cuisines, the students can understand the production process and technology of Shandong cuisine as well as the rich philosophy and culture contained in it.

烟台菜,主要是福山菜。福山有着悠久的烹饪历史和厚重的饮食文化底蕴。福山菜在春秋战国时期就有过历史记载。福山菜与济南历下菜、济宁孔府菜成为鲁菜的“三大支柱”,早已被烹饪界所公认。本课程主要介绍中国传统四大菜系中鲁菜的发展历史、特色,通过经典菜品的介绍可以让学员了解鲁菜的制作过程、工艺以及蕴含的浓厚的哲学文化。
