1This course features an introduction to the local cuisine culture in Northeast China. National first-class chef Yu Hai from International College will teach the cooking course. While practicing oral Chinese in the food scene and hotel scene, students can acquire cooking skills and enjoy local dishes.
本课程为学生介绍东北美食文化。由我校国际教育学院国家一级厨师于海老师为学生上厨艺课,在食物场景,饭店场景口语练习的同时学习厨艺,品味东北美食。
