China boasts of its traditional cuisine and culinary culture. These cuisines have gained popularity among international students. In this course, the teacher will take you through two Chinese cuisines that have made it to the national intangible cultural heritage list. They are the Jilin Province’s Chagan Lake Fish Feast and the Nanning Guangxi Province’s Rainbow Rice (or Five colored glutinous rice). You are welcome to come to have a taste of these delicacies in China.

中国是一个具有饮食文化传统的民族,很多中国美食都深受留学生的喜爱。本课程将带领大家了解两种非物质文化遗产的中国美食,分别是:吉林省非遗美食查干湖全鱼宴和广西省南宁非遗美食五色糯米饭。欢迎大家亲自到中国来品尝。
