Pesticide application is the main method to control pests and diseases. The mechanical power generated by the sprayer make the pesticide in the form of droplets, and the kinetic droplet move under the action of gravity and air resistance, and finally deposited on the target. In this way, the droplets drift in the air and the deposition rate of pesticides on leaves is low. This not only reduces the utilization rate of pesticides, but also seriously pollutes the environment. Electrostatic spray technology is to connect high voltage static electricity to liquid. There forms an electrostatic field between nozzle and crop target. This course introduce the technology of electrostatic spray, how to charge droplets, and the application currently.

农药防治病虫害,喷雾法是最主要的方法,药液依靠喷雾器产生的机械动力以雾滴形式从喷头喷出,以具有的动能在重力和空气阻力作用下运行,最终沉积在靶标上。这种方式的雾滴漂移严重,农药在植株叶片的沉积率较低,不仅降低了农药利用率,还严重污染了环境。

农药静电喷雾是通过高压静电发生装置使静电喷头与作物靶标之间形成电场,喷雾机喷出的雾滴带电在电极电场的作用下荷电形成荷电雾滴群形成“静电环绕”效果。

该课程主要介绍静电喷雾的主要技术方法、充电过程以及其应用。
