The hand-waving dance, locally known as "Sheba", is an ancient folk dance of the Tujia ethnic group which originated from the Tang Dynasty and still survives today. It tells the origin of human beings, migration of the Tujia ethnic group, and heroic deeds through sacrifice dances, songs, and other performances. This course will bring us into the mysterious world of the ancient dance.
