Chinese Cuisine(Food) culture is broad and profound. It has a long history and enjoys a high reputation in the world. Chinese food emphasizes the color, fragrance, taste and the story. Behind Chinese food, there are many interesting stories. This course will introduce the attractive Chinese cuisine in several aspects, including the characteristics and methods of Chinese cooking, the eight major cuisines of China and the different characteristics of the northern and southern Chinese cuisines.

中华美食文化历史悠久,博大精深,在世界上享有很高的声誉。中华美食,看的是色,闻的是香,吃的是味儿,听的是故事。许多中华美食的背后,都有着一段令人回味无穷的故事。本门课程将从中国烹饪的特点与方式、中国的八大菜系以及中国南北方饮食的不同特色几个方面,展示令人垂涎欲滴的中华美食。
