Weiqi is one of the four great ancient arts in China as well as an athletics full of wisdom and life philosophy. Weiqi is not simply a game to distinguish winner and loser. People in China has taken it for an art and culture closely related to philosophy since ancient times. The small black and white world of weiqi contains huge and infinite wisdom and rich philosophy. It also reflects the actualisation and the popularization of traditional philosophy. By asking questions, the lecture introduces Chinese philosophy and the thought of change and unchange and the unity of heaven and man. The lecture expounds the idea of changing and unchanging situations among the moves of weiqi. The lecture also briefly introduces how to start, the rules of Weiqi and the methods of judging the victory and defeat so as to expounds the core connotation of Weiqi, which can be summarized by the word "harmony".
