In addition to different roles, there are four skills, namely, singing, speech, dance-acting, and combat. They are very delicate performance patterns. These patterns are beautiful rules summarized by generations of artists from their years of stage experience and the audience’s aesthetic tastes. This course mainly introduces two arias of Peking opera, Xipi and Erhuang, the band and musical instruments, different singing, stage speech, and acts of roles in the performance.
