1The Five-animal Exercises was created by Hua Tuo, a famous doctor in the Eastern Han Dynasty (25-220AD). By imitating the operations of a tiger hunting for food, a deer running, a bear walking, an ape picking fruits, and a crane flying, it stretches the muscles, moves the joints, improves the heart and lung functions and adjusts the emotions, thus achieving harmony and health of the body and mind. This course leads students to learn the movements, breathing and meditation of the Five-animal Exercises together so that students can gain knowledge and improve their immune system at the same time.
健身气功五禽戏由东汉名医华佗编创,它通过模仿老虎捕食、小鹿奔跑、狗熊行走、猿猴采果、仙鹤飞翔等运作,达到拉伸肌肉、活动关节、扩张心肺、调整情绪,身心和谐健康的目的。本课程带领学员一起学习五禽戏的动作、呼吸、冥想,使同学们在获得知识的同时,提升自身的免疫水平。
