The main content of this course is to teach "love me Chinese national rhythmic exercises" (primary and secondary school edition) made by Minzu University of China. This folk dance embodies the essence of Chinese folk dance, with cheerful melody and graceful movements, and can achieve the effect of strengthening the body. The dance teaching aims at the detailed movement decomposition and vivid introduction of the dances of Mongolian, Tibetan, Dai and Uyghurian ethnic groups. The teaching objectives are achieved through four activities of "looking", "learning", "practicing" and "jumping".
