The Lingnan food tour course consists of two parts, which introduce Guangzhou cuisine such as Shrimp dumplings, Cantonese rice roll, Red rice roll, Cantonese fried dough sticks, Roast goose, Baozaifan, Double-layer steamed milk and Ginger milk, etc. In this course, student not only can see the scene of the teacher and foreign students go to Cantonese Dim Sum restaurant to enjoy many kinds of delicious dishes, but also can know more about each typical dishes through teacher’s simple explanation, which including the source, history, taste, production process, etc. After this couse, students can learn more about the rich food culture of Lingnan, which can enhance their understanding of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and their interest and enthusiasm for learning Chinese.
