Emei martial arts Routines are created by combining the cultural characteristics of Bashu martial arts and the indigenous fist types of Tanhua, Hongmen, Sengmen and Shengmen. It is one of the introductory movements for beginners, and it is also the foundation and key of Emei martial arts course teaching. This set of movements includes commencing move and finishing move, and there are 15 moves in total. Every move includes the basic hand forms and stances, hand techniques and foot work, leg stances, body stances and combined movements of Emei martial arts. Through the practice of basic skills and basic movements, all parts of the body can be more comprehensively trained. And in this way the physical fitness for Emei martial arts can be developed quickly, laying a good foundation for learning martial arts special abilities.
