2Jianghan Customs is located at No. 129 Yanjiang Avenue, Hankou, Wuhan. It is one of the most important historical buildings on the famous Jianghan Road Pedestrian Street. It was built in January 1924 and facing north, with a symmetrical layout, adjacent to Yangtze River. Composed of the main building and the bell tower on top, it covers an area of 1,499 square meters, a construction area of 4009 square meters, and a total height of 45.85 meters. It was the tallest building in Wuhan at that time. As a landmark historical building in Wuhan, it has experienced a hundred years. In June 2001, it was included in the list of the fifth batch of national key cultural relics protection units; in 2015, the Jianghan Customs Museum built on the building was officially opened to the public.
