In this class, Chinese tea culture is introduced briefly by interpretations and demonstrations. This helps overseas students build up a primary recognition to the catalogues, features and drinking customs of Chinese tea; by tea-making demonstration and tea art demonstration, this class also enriches students’ visual experience of Chinese tea culture, and promotes students’ interest towards it.
