In “Nanshi Food Street”, the lecture introduces several representatives of Tianjin’s most distinctive local foods. Tianjin’s snacks of cultural heritage such as time-honored “Longzui Datonghu”(Large Copper Kettle with Dragon Spout), “Pancake rolled with crisp fritter”, “Collapse Beans Zhang” are introduced. The lecture also presents the Three Perfections of Tianjin, (“Collapse Beans Zhang”, “Goubuli steamed bun” and “Erduoyan Fired Cake”) and the unique Chinese food culture.

记录天津最有特色的市井美食代表-“南市食品街”,展示天津的老字号“龙嘴大铜壶茶汤”、“天津煎饼果子”、“崩豆张”等物质文化遗产小吃,天津美食三绝“十八街麻花”、“狗不理包子”、“耳朵眼炸糕”等“舌尖上的特色美食”所体现的中国美食文化。
