1Chinese Martial Arts, also known as "national arts", is a traditional sport of the Chinese nation. Through the introduction of related knowledge of martial arts, basic hand, leg, step and "five-step boxing", this course cultivates students' quality of self-improvement, self-confidence and tenacity. It can improve students' sensitivity, flexibility, strength, speed, endurance, coordination of muscle groups, and other physical qualities. Through learning, students can further understand the excellent Chinese traditional culture and feel the charm of martial arts and the spirit of self-improvement of Chinese people.
中国武术又称“国术”,是中华民族的传统体育项目。本课程通过对武术相关知识的介绍,基本手型、基本腿法、基本步型和“五步拳”的教授,培养学生自强、自信、顽强的优秀品质。可以提高学生的灵敏、柔韧、力量、速度、耐力等素质,并可提高肌群的协调性。通过学习,让学生进一步了解中华优秀传统文化,感受武术的魅力和中华民族自强不息的精神。
