This course introduces the history of Chinese tea, basic knowledge of tea and Chinese tea customs and demonstrates brewing techniques of black tea through tea art practice. Through the introduction of knowledge and demonstration of techniques, this course enables students to know the origin of Chinese tea culture, learn basic techniques of tea art and experience the charm of tea culture. It is also committed to cultivate students’ aesthetic interest to appreciate tea art and pursue a harmonious and tranquil life so as to experience the spirit of Chinese people.
