Learning Objective: Students can describe the relationship between Kung Fu and health practices and health preservation. As a form of fitness exercise, Chinese Kungfu has unique advantages compared with other sports. It is relatively freely structured with easy movements, and its exercise demands and range can be controlled by the practitioner. People with an excellent level of physical fitness can choose the form that is more demanding in terms of intensity; people in average shape can choose the form with a smaller movement range, and when practicing Kungfu, can achieve effective results without any equipment. It is a lifelong sport that can be practiced by people of all ages. Therefore, many people believe that Kung Fu is the best fitness regimen for anyone.

学习目标:学生可以描述功夫和养生的关系。 武术作为一种健身的运动形式,中国功夫与其它运动相比具有独特的优势。它比较自由,灵活,并且它的运动量,运动幅度,都可以由练习者自己来控制。身体素质好的人可以选择运动量大的形式;身体素质一般的人可以选择动作幅度较小的形式,而且练习功夫的时候不需要任何器材,就可以达到锻炼养生的效果。它是一项终身运动,每一个年龄段的人都可以练习。因此,许多人认为,功夫是适合任何人的最好的健身养生方法。
