This course will bring students a wonderful Beijing food tour. It will introduce authentic Beijing snacks such as "candied haws", "donkey rolls", and "Chinese pancakes" to the students, and show them the history and culture behind the authentic Beijing snacks. The course focuses on Chinese food culture, integrates language teaching, and designs daily communication language to help students improve their Chinese communication skills. In the teaching, the links of "learning new words", "small exercises" and "talking" are designed to allow students to learn while practicing, and learn while speaking. The course will also introduce students to Chinese table manners and taboos, and help students understand Chinese culture in depth. Let us start a food journey together!

本课程将为学员带来奇妙的北京美食之旅,为学员介绍地道北京小吃“糖葫芦”“驴打滚”“煎饼”等,带学员领略地道北京小吃背后的历史和文化。课程以中国美食文化为主线,融合语言教学,设计了日常交际用语,帮助学员提升中文交际能力。在教学中,设计了“学新词”“小练习”和“说一说”等环节,让学员们边学边练,边学边说。课程还将为学员介绍中国餐桌礼仪与禁忌,帮助学员深入了解中国文化。让我们一起开启美食之旅吧!
