1This course will bring students a wonderful Beijing food tour. It will introduce authentic Beijing snacks such as "candied haws", "donkey rolls", and "Chinese pancakes" to the students, and show them the history and culture behind the authentic Beijing snacks. The course focuses on Chinese food culture, integrates language teaching, and designs daily communication language to help students improve their Chinese communication skills. In the teaching, the links of "learning new words", "small exercises" and "talking" are designed to allow students to learn while practicing, and learn while speaking. The course will also introduce students to Chinese table manners and taboos, and help students understand Chinese culture in depth. Let us start a food journey together!
