Chinese culture has a long history. Idioms are the essence of the Chinese language for thousands of years. They seem to be simple words, but they contain rich truths and teach us how to behave and do things. This course is guided by Interesting idiom stories on the way of combining animation and explanation. It tells the story of the "The Foolish Old Man Removes the Mountains” and "hold a post without qualifications” These two stories not only lead the students to learn both Chinese new words, idioms and mining behind the profound meaning but also let the student to understand the sources of idioms. The aim is to make students have the ability of repeating the idiom story, and can extrapolate, learn how to use these idioms, enhance students' understanding of idioms, feel the charm of Chinese language, stimulate students interest in idioms and the Chinese culture.
