1Xinjiang Cuisine, as one of the online courses of “Chinese on the Cloud” Online Cultural Activities Program of Xinjiang University of Finance and Economics, lasts for one hour. This course introduces the most distinctive and popular food in Xinjiang, China, on the campus of Xinjiang University of Finance and Economics. Focusing on cooking process of seven kinds of food — pilaf, stretched noodles, thin-layered steamed buns with lamb, Fengtang (soup Bean-strarch jelly), big plate chicken (saute spicy chicken) and nan, the course gives an introduction to the ingredients, taste and features of each food while photographing in the form of gourmet show. It offers you an opportunity to know more about the diversity of campus dining of Xinjiang University of Finance and Economics and characteristics and charm of Xinjiang cuisine.
