China is the hometown of tea and the birthplace of tea culture. The location of Anhui Yellow mountain is right on the mysterious 30th parallel north, local Keemun black tea is famous all over the world, in 1915 it won the world gold price along with Indian Darjeeling black tea and Sri Lankan Uva black tea, now they are known as “The World's Three Major High-Flavored Black Tea”. This course is for foreigner students to learn about Keemun black tea location，history and culture; to study tea utensil for making tea and implication of a covered teacup; to experience the methods and etiquette of making tea. After the course students will be able to feel the charm of Anhui tea culture and will learn to appreciate the unique style of Chinese culture with broad and profound.
