The course is to introduce the culture of Guangxi rice noodles and divided into seven modules: Introduction, the Origin of Rice Noodles, Guilin Rice Noodles, Liuzhou Field Snail Rice Noodles, Nanning Old Friends Rice Noodles and Welcome to “Suo Fen”in Guangxi. Also, the course sets up six tasks, which are Self-introduction, Introduction of Your Hometown Cuisine, Online Eating Show, I Am A Painter and Mind Mapping. Through studying this course, students can use what they have learned to think in connection with their actual situations and life experiences, and express themselves in Chinese through speaking, writing, painting, video production and other ways.
