You will get a general idea of the mysterious Chinese martial arts, including the status quo of contemporary Chinese martial arts, the forms of Chinese martial arts, and its value in bodybuilding, maintaining good health and self-defense. At the end of the lecture, you will quickly take up some simple movements for fitness and self-defense.

中国武术又称为“国术”,是中华民族的传统体育项目,还蕴含了中国的古典哲学、美学、养生学等中国传统文化的各种成分和元素。通过本课堂学习,不仅能对中国武术有个大概了解,同时还能学会几招养生气功和防身技巧。
