This course introduces Chinese medicine culture from the following six aspects: 1.The origin of Chinese Medicine. This is to show that Chinese medicine comes from life. It was discovered and invented by Chinese ancestors from their lives. It also has a long history. 2. The tools, which include Bian stone, needles, etc. 3. The treatment methods. Including the Four Diagnostic Methods, Acupuncture, Massage, Cupping, etc. We'll introduce the source of the Four Diagnostic Methods(Bianque's story), content, function, and the newly discovered effect, such as beauty treatments. Stimulate student's learning interests to prepare them for future cultural experience classes. 4. Chinese medicine for treatment. First, we introduce Chinese medicines of different materials, such as herbs and minerals; we introduce the Shennong story, characteristics, growth environment, and effects of popular Chinese medicines. Second, the production method of Chinese medicine. Third, we introduce the classification such as Medicinal materials, Patent drugs, etc. 5. Famous doctors and works. We’ll introduce the four famous doctors in ancient times and the modern pharmacist Tu Youyou. We’ll guide students to research their stories and help them understand the content. 6. Chinese Medicine and Life. To further prove that Chinese Medicine is deeply rooted in our lives, we introduce the effect of a herbal diet. Guide students to discover the influence in their lives and physical health, and stimulate their learning interest. Completing this course will help students to understand the mysterious effect of Chinese medicine. It will also stimulate their interest in learning Chinese and Chinese culture. And prepare them for international Chinese teaching.

本课程从以下六个方面简介中医文化。 一、中医的起源。说明中医源自生活。是中国先民们在生活中发现、发明的,历史悠久。 二、中医治疗的工具。包括砭、针等。 三、中医治疗的方法。包括四诊法、针灸、推拿、拔罐等。详细介绍四诊法的来源(扁鹊的故事)、内容及作用,介绍其他各种方法的不同疗效及最新开发的作用(例如美容),激发学生的学习兴趣,为以后的文化体验课做铺垫。 四、中医治疗的中药。一是介绍不同材质的中药,如草药、矿物,简介神农的故事及常见中 药的特性、生长环境及作用,二是介绍中药的制作方法,三是介绍中药的分类,如中药材、中成药等。 五、名医和名著。介绍古代四大名医,现代药学家屠呦呦,引导学生自己检索各位名医的故事,了解诸名著的内容。 六、中医和生活。介绍药膳的作用,说明中医扎根于社会生活,随处可见。引导学生发现中医对自身生活和身体健康的影响,激发学习兴趣。 通过本课程的学习,引导学生了解中医的神奇作用,激发学生学习汉语、汉文化的兴趣,为今后的国际汉语教学做好准备。 中国传统服饰有着不一样的东方美感,在漫长的中国历史进程中,传统服饰演变发展为很多种类。本节课主要带大家欣赏汉服、唐装、旗袍等,了解现今改良设计后的传统服饰,体会服饰文化背后的中国文化特征。 今天的传统服饰更加适应现代生活,不仅样式漂亮,而且方便实用,同时,中国元素也越来越多地得到全世界的喜爱。无论东方人还是西方人,穿上中国传统服装,都会有一种不同寻常的美。
