Health concern has been increased by many people globally since the COVID-19 pandemic happened. We introduce the Ideas of preventive in Chinese medical classics “the Inner Canon of the Yellow Emperor” through the course, including influence of a variety of pathogenic factors, like Morbid airs (bird flu, COVID-19 etc.) in one hand. On the other hand, we focus on how to cultivating our “Healthy Qi” in daily life to get rid of pathogenic factors so as to obtain a health body.
