云配音比赛公告

2020“汉语桥”全球外国人汉语大会--中文影视作品云配音比赛由中外语言交流中心、中央广播电视总台联合主办，“汉语桥”俱乐部、中文联盟承办。旨在通过给中国经典影视作品配音，激发外国青年学习汉语的热情和兴趣，加深对中国语言和中华文化的理解。

The 2020 “Chinese Bridge” Online Dubbing Competition of Chinese Proficiency Competition for Foreigners across the Globe, co-hosted by the Sino-Foreign Language Exchange and Cooperation Center and China Media Group, undertaken by the Chinese Bridge Club and ChinesePlus, aims to stimulate the enthusiasm and interest of foreign youngsters in learning Chinese, and to deepen their understanding of the Chinese language and culture through the dubbing of classic works of Chinese film and television.

The Organizing Committee of the Online Dubbing Competition is responsible for planning the event.

一、活动时间

I. Agenda

2020年10月1日至11月30日进行比赛报名、提交作品及网上展播；12月进行网络人气奖投票、评审、颁奖。

October 1—November 30, 2020: Registration, submission of works, online presentation

December: Voting for Internet Popularity Award, reviewing and grading, prize presentation

II. Registration

1.参赛对象面向全球热爱、学习中文的外国朋友；

1. The competition is open to foreigners from all over the world with a love for learning Chinese.

2.参赛者须母语非汉语、非中国国籍；

2. Contestants must be non-Chinese citizens whose mother tongue is other than Chinese.

3.通过电子邮件报名、微信报名和“汉语桥”俱乐部APP报名参赛。报名表见附件。

3. Please register via email, WeChat or the Chinese Bridge Club app. See the attachment for the registration form.

1.参赛方式

1. Methods of Participation

方式一：参赛选手下载-登录“汉语桥”俱乐部APP，在云配音比赛专区选择1-3个配音素材，在APP内进行录制，录制完成后提交作品参赛。

Method No. 1: Contestants download and log in to the Chinese Bridge Club app, and select one to three items for dubbing on the dedicated Online Dubbing Competition pages. They should record their dubbing in the app before submitting.

方式二：参赛选手登录云配音比赛官方网站http://bridge.chinese.cn/peiyin2020/ ，在指定中文影视作品中选择1-3个素材下载，自行录制后通过邮箱提交作品参赛。

Method No. 2: Contestants log on to the official website of the Online Dubbing Competition (http://bridge.chinese.cn/peiyin2020/) and select and download one to three works. They should then record their dubbing and submit via email.

*在京选手可到中文联盟演播室录制参赛作品。

* Contestants in Beijing can record their entries in the ChinesePlus studio.

2.作品评选：比赛作品经组委会审定筛选后，上传至2020“汉语桥”全球外国人汉语大会--中文影视作品云配音比赛专题展示，聘请专业评委（专业配音演员、专业主持人等）打分，评选出金奖1名、银奖3名、铜奖5名、网络人气奖5名、优秀合作奖5名、优秀创意奖3名、优秀表演奖3名。

2. Selection of Works: Entries reviewed and screened by the Organizing Committee will be uploaded to the dedicated pages of the 2020 “Chinese Bridge” Online Dubbing Competition of Chinese Proficiency Competition for Foreigners across the Globe. Professional judges (including dubbers and hosts) will grade the contestants and hand out one Gold Award, three Silver Awards, five Bronze Awards, five Internet Popularity Awards, five Excellent Cooperation Awards, three Excellent Idea Awards, and three Excellent Performance Awards.

3.本届比赛增设网络人气奖，选手提交的参赛作品将通过网络展播，经过网友点赞选出网络人气奖。

3. At the 2020 Competition, the Internet Popularity Award will also be presented. The entries submitted by contestants will be presented online and the Award will be bestowed according to the number of likes each entry receives.

优秀组织奖：将根据院校参与的积极程度和作品的丰富性等标准评选出优秀院校组织奖若干。

Excellent Organization Award: These will be presented based on the active participation of institutes and the variety of entries they submit.

凡参加比赛者均可获得参赛证书。

All contestants will be awarded a certificate of participation.

五、选手可在专题页面挑选作品或者自行准备配音素材。

Contestants can select any of the works on the dedicated Competition page, or use a work of their own choice.
