Nanjing Vocational College of Information Technology (NJCIT for short) is a high-level higher vocational college with Chinese characteristics, a national demonstration (backbone) higher vocational college, a high-quality higher vocational college of the Ministry of Education. The predecessor of the school is Nanjing Radio Industrial School, which was founded in 1953. It is the first electronic secondary professional school after the founding of People's Republic of China. Since the enrollment of international students, NJCIT has cultivated more than 200 foreign students with academic qualifications, and nearly 1,000 long-term and short-term Chinese language students and exchange students.
