Jilin University is located in Changchun, the capital of Jilin Province. There are 6 campuses located in different directions of Changchun city. 学校学科门类齐全，下设52个教学单位，涵盖哲学、经济学、法学、教育学、文学、历史学、理学、工学、农学、医学、管理学、艺术学、交叉学科等13大学科门类。学校聚焦名校合作，逐步完善全球网络布局，目前已经与40个国家和地区的302所高校和科研机构建立了合作关系。

Jilin University offers a wide range of disciplines, within 52 colleges or schools, covering 13 academic categories, namely: philosophy, economics, law, education, literature, history, science, engineering, agriculture, medical science, management, and art. Jilin University engages in extensive exchanges with foreign countries and close cooperative projects with other universities. It has established cooperation and exchange relations with 302 universities, research institutions, and international academic organizations in 40 countries and regions.

学校校园占地面积731.6万平方米，校舍建筑面积273万平方米。学校图书馆各类藏书795.31万册，是中国高等教育文献保障系统（CALIS）东北地区中心，大学数字图书馆国际合作计划（CADAL）项目成员馆，中国高校人文社会科学文献中心（CASHL）东北区域中心。

The campuses in Changchun cover an area of 7.316 million square meters, which includes a building area of 2.73 million square meters. There are 7.95 million books in the university library, which has been recognized by UNESCO, UNIDO, and the World Bank. Approved by the Ministry of Education, our university’s CALIS Northeast Center is recognized as one of seven such centers in China.

“汉语桥”—吉林大学“行摄东北”海外青年学生暑期研习营邀请海外青年学生来到中国，通过参加中国国情讲座、中国传统文化课程、“行摄东北”影像采集和语言实践活动等，走入吉大校园，感受不同的教学理念与学术氛围；深入了解中国当代经济社会发展现状，感受热情豪放的淳朴民风；体验传统文化与民俗，感受华夏文明的巨大魅力。营队期间，营员们还将以“看见”“倾听”“品味”和“感受”为主题，拿起手中的数码设备，用镜头记录此行的所见所闻，用微视频展现心中的所感所想，共同完成属于营队最珍贵的影像记忆，并在成果发表会上进行展映。

All campers will attend workshops on the national conditions of China, take courses on traditional Chinese culture, and take part in language practice activities, to experience different teaching concepts and learning atmosphere at JLU, to have a thorough understanding of China’s contemporary social and economic development, to embrace hospitable and generous local folk customs and to taste traditional and folk culture to learn about Chinese civilization with profound charm. The campers are expected to record what they see and what they learn during the trip with their digital devices and present their feelings and thoughts by making micro videos, which represent their most valuable memories and will be shown at the Exhibition.
