东华理工大学位于中国南部的江西省，有南昌和抚州两个校区。主校区位于江西省省会南昌，另一个校区则位于省内东南约100千米的一座繁华小城，这座城市拥有2100年的历史，以生活在400年前、被冠以“东方莎士比亚”之称的剧作家汤显祖而闻名。访客可以在校园里欣赏到古代传统文化，包括临川戏曲《牡丹亭》。两个校区均可乘飞机、火车、公交或驾车到达，方便简单。

ECUT has 2 campuses located in Nanchang and Fuzhou of a southern China province, Jiangxi. The main campus is situated in Nanchang, the capital city of the province, with the other campus approximately 100 km southeast of Jiangxi, a small bustling city boasting 2,100 years of history famous for a play writer Tang Xianzu who lived 400 years ago and was titled as Eastern Shakespeare. On the campuses visitors can enjoy the ancient and traditional culture including the Linchuan opera, “the Peony Pavilion”. Both campuses are easily accessible by plane, train, bus, or automobile.

学校具有接收外国留学生、聘请外国专家单位资格认可，以及组织实话海外合作机构人员培训等办学资质，并在尼泊尔建立了孔子学院，曾向美国、埃及、塞内加尔、加纳、印尼、斯里兰卡、秘鲁、墨西哥、泰国等国家外派中文教师或志愿者进行国际中文教育工作。

ECUT has qualifications for accepting international students, employing foreign experts, carrying out training programs for overseas partner. ECUT has set up one Confucius Institute in Nepal and have dispatched Chinese language teachers and volunteers to countries including the USA,Egypt,Senegal, Ghana, Indonesia, Sri lanka,Peru,Mexico and Thailand.

核资源与环境国家重点实验室：State Key Laboratory of Nuclear Resources and Environment

核资源与环境国家重点实验室成立于2018年。核科学技术的发展和核能的和平利用，是20世纪人类最伟大的成就之一。实验室成立以来，坚持资源开发与环境保护并举的理念，面向国家战略需求和江西地方经济发展，围绕铀钍（tǔ）资源短缺与环境辐射安全面临的科技难题，创新科研方法，开展科学研究，为国家和地方经济发展提供了强大的科技支撑。

State Key Laboratory of Nuclear Resources and Environment was established at the East China University of Technology in 2018. The development of nuclear science and technology and the peaceful use of nuclear energy are one of the greatest achievements of mankind in the 20th century. Since the laboratory was established, the laboratory has been adhering to the concept combined resource development with environment protection, aiming at the national strategic needs and local economic development in Jiangxi, focusing on the shortage of uranium and thorium resources and the scientific and technological difficulties of the environmental radiation safety. In order to provide strong scientific and technological support for national and local economic development, the laboratory carries out scientific research by using innovative scientific research methods.

实验室是国家级国际联合研究中心、国家级国际科技合作示范基地、学科创新引智基地（“111计划基地”）和国际原子能机构参考实验室，与美国、俄罗斯、法国等国家开展了广泛的国际合作与交流，促进了科技创新与人才培养。

The laboratory is certificated as the National-Level International Joint Research Center, the National-Level Demonstration Base for International Scientific and Technological Cooperation, the Discipline Innovation and Intelligence Base ("111 Program Base"), and the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) Reference Laboratory. It has carried out extensive international cooperation with the countries all over the world, including United States of America, Russia, and France, promoting scientific and technological innovation and talent training.

实验室拥有独立的科研大楼，科研用房面积达8000平方米，拥有一大批先进的大型精密仪器，设备资产超过8000万元，具备良好的实验条件和科研工作环境，确保了科研工作的顺利进行。

The laboratory owns an independent scientific research building with an area of 8000 m2, and a lot of advanced precision instruments with assets of more than 80 million RMB (about 12.8 million US dollars). The excellent experimental condition and working environment ensure the smooth progress of the scientific research.

学校现有南昌、抚州两个校区，校园总面积2500余亩，校园鸟语花香、绿树成荫，为学生的学习与生活提供良好的环境。

ECUT has two campuses in Nanchang and Fuzhou respectively which cover a total area of more than 2,500 mu. Amid green trees, fragrant flowers and birdsong, ECUT provides students with a good study and living environment.

学校图书馆由南昌校区馆、抚州校区馆组成，建筑面积3.8万平方米，共有阅览座位4000个。现有馆藏纸质图书二百三十多万册，电子图书一百九十多万册。图书馆每天7:30——22:00不间断开放。

ECUT has two libraries, one on each campus, with a total building area of 38,000 m2 and 4,000 reading seats. They have collections of more than 2.3 million paper books and 1.9 million electronic books, and are open from 7:30 to 22:00 every day.

体育设施配备完善、先进齐全，包括田径跑道、足球场、篮球场、网球场、室内体育馆及室外泳池等。

ECUT has abundant advanced sports facilities including tracks, football fields, basketball courts, tennis courts, indoor stadiums and outdoor swimming pools.

南昌校区留学生公寓共72间，抚州校区外专公寓有客房24间，提供单人间、双人间两种房型，可以满足外国官员来华项目、外国本土汉语教师来华项目及夏/冬令营项目的住宿要求。

There are 72 apartments for international students on Nanchang Campus and 24 guest rooms in apartments for foreign experts on Fuzhou Campus, including single rooms and twin rooms, which can meet the requirements of foreign officials’ visits to China, foreign native Chinese teachers’ visits to China and summer/winter camps.
