同济大学国际文化交流学院成立于1998年，已成为一个融合汉语强化教学、国际课程中心以及文化交流的多元平台。2019年，共有来自108个国家的600多名外国留学生在院学习。学院拥有一支年富力强、专业敬业的师资队伍和管理队伍，努力为来自世界各国的留学生营造学风严谨、活动丰富、生活便利的留学园地。2020年起，学院大力发展线上教学，建设优质线上汉语课程，并形成了具有同济特色的线上线下混合教学模式。

The International school, established in 1998, has successfully developed into a platform that seamlessly integrates language teaching, international courses and cultural exchange. There were more than 600 foreign students from over 100 countries studied in our school in 2019. Our school possesses a young, well-structured teaching staff and a responsible administrative staff, who are devoted to provide a rigorous atmosphere of study combined with rich extracurricular activities and convenient campus life for the international. Since 2020, the school has developed online courses and formed a series of online Chinese courses by the hybrid teaching mode with Tongji characteristics.

“悦读上海”夏令营旨在通过课程、讲座、活动、任务，引导营员了解上海的发展历史、海派文化以及城市精神，体验中国历史的厚度、人文底蕴的深度和新时代城市建设的温度。

Through courses, lectures, activities and tasks, the "Reading Shanghai" summer camp aims to guide students to understand Shanghai's development history, culture and urban spirit, thereby experience the thickness of Chinese history, the depth of cultural deposits and the temperature of urban construction in the new era.

作为一所致力于“将论文写在祖国大地上”的一流高校，同济大学对上海的城市建设做出了巨大贡献。本次夏令营参访的浦东美术馆、上海中心大厦就是有同济团队参与设计、建造的上海新地标。而营员小组主题活动中需要自行探访的新天地、杨浦滨江，也都是由同济团队进行改造设计的。在夏令营中，我们将介绍这些地标建筑背后的故事，帮助营员更好地“阅读”这座城市。

As a first-class university dedicated to "writing papers on the land of the motherland", Tongji University has made great contributions to the urban construction of Shanghai. The Museum of Art Pudong and Shanghai Tower are new landmarks in Shanghai which were designed and built with the participation of the Tongji team. Xin Tian Di and Yangpu Riverside, are also renovate and designed by the Tongji team. During the camp, we will introduce the stories behind these landmarks to help students better understand the city.

营员将入住距同济大学四平校区仅500米之遥的同济迎宾馆。双人间有独立卫生间、免费wi-fi、迷你冰箱和保险柜。宾馆还提供洗衣服务。

Campers will stay at the Tongji Guest House, just 500 metres from Tongji University's Siping Campus. Double room with separate toilet, free Wi-Fi, mini fridge and safe. Laundry services are available.

从迎宾馆步行5分钟可抵达地铁10号线同济大学站，搭乘10号线可直达外滩、南京路、城隍庙、新天地等著名景点。

It is a 5-minute walk from the hotel to Tongji University Station on Metro Line 10, and line 10 can be used to the Bund, Nanjing Road, Town God‘s Temple, Xin Tian Di and other famous attractions.
