学校占地1095.20亩，建筑面积294057.05平方米，总资产10亿余元，其中教学科研仪器设备总值1.3亿元，图书近90万册，电子图书20万种。有校外实习、实训基地173个，其中教师教育实习、实训基地119个；有学生“双创”平台2400余平方米。有直属附属中学1所，非直属附属小学和非直属附属幼儿园各1所。建有中国咖啡工程中心1个，省级专家工作站1个，州级博士专家工作站2个，州级工程研究中心、人文社会科学研究基地、民族体育研究基地各1个。

The college covers an area of 1,095.20 mu, with a construction area of 294,057.05 square meters and total assets of more than 1 billion yuan, of which the total value of teaching and scientific research equipment is 130 million yuan. There are nearly 900,000 books and 200,000 electronic books. The college has 173 off-campus practice and training centers, including 119 teacher education practice and training centers. There are more than 2,400 square meters of student “double innovation” platforms. There are 1 directly affiliated middle school, 1 indirect affiliated primary school and 1 indirect affiliated kindergarten. There are 1 China Coffee Engineering Center, 1 provincial expert workstation, 2 prefectural doctoral expert workstations, 1 prefectural engineering research center, 1 humanities and social science research center, and 1 ethnic sports research center.

傣族剪纸：傣族剪纸产于云南傣族地区，最早见于一千五百年前，主要流行于云南省德宏傣族景颇族自治州芒市，其最早形式源于傣族祭祀仪式所用的纸幡，后来在佛教文化和中原文化的影响下逐步充实发展，形成完善的剪纸技艺并被广泛应用于祭祀、赕佛、丧葬、喜庆及居家装饰等方面。2006年5月20日，傣族剪纸经国务院批准列入第一批国家级非物质文化遗产名录。我校樊涌教授为傣族剪纸非物质文化遗产传承人，学校建有傣族剪纸传习室，以供学生参观和学习。

Dai paper cutting: it originated in the habitation of the Dai People in Yunnan, firstly appeared 1500 years ago, and was mainly popular in Mangshi, Dehong Prefecture, Yunnan Province. It has been gradually enriched and developed and widely used in sacrifice, Buddha worship, funerals, festivals and home decoration. Approved by the State Council of China, Dai paper cutting was included in the first batch of China National Intangible Cultural Heritage list on May 20, 2006. Professor Fan Yong of Dehong Teachers’ College is one of the inheritors of the intangible cultural heritage of Dai paper-cutting. The college has built a Dai paper-cutting practice room for students to visit and learn the skill.

葫芦丝：葫芦丝是云南少数民族乐器，葫芦丝发源于德宏傣族景颇族自治州梁河县，富有浓郁的地方色彩。常用于吹奏山歌、农曲等民间曲调。葫芦丝可分为高、中、低音三种类型。其音色独特淳朴，外观朴实、精致，简单易学，受到许多音乐爱好者的喜爱。

Hulusi: it is a musical instrument of ethnic minority groups in Yunnan. Hulusi originated in Lianghe County, Dehong Dai and Jingpo Autonomous Prefecture, and is rich in local styles. It is often used to play folk tunes such as folk songs and agricultural songs. Hulusi can be divided into three types: Treble, Mid and Base. Its timbre is unique and simple, its appearance is simple and delicate, and it is easy to learn, thus it is loved by many music lovers.

目脑纵歌：目脑纵歌是德宏景颇族的传统节日，意思是"大伙跳舞"。一般在农历正月十五日举行，节期四至五天。届时，人们穿着节日盛装，从四面八方赶来参加。在中国境内，场况最热闹的目瑙纵歌在中国目瑙纵歌之乡--陇川举行。有上万人参加，场面恢弘壮观。学校将安排到访团组到目脑纵歌之乡陇川参观，并学习景颇族传统舞蹈。

Munao Zongge: it is a traditional festival of the Jingpo People in Dehong, meaning “all dance together”. It is usually held on the fifteenth day of the first month of Chinese lunar calendar and lasts for four to five days. People dressed in festive costumes come from all directions to participate the festival. In China, the most lively Munao Zongge was held in Longchuan, the hometown of Munao Zongge in China. Tens of thousands of people attended the festival, and the scene was magnificent. As one of the college’s activities, a visiting group will be guided to visit Longchuan, the hometown of Munao Zongge, and learn traditional Jingpo dances.

学校建有学生公寓6幢， 可容纳1万余名学生住宿，公寓为4-8人间，每间公寓均配备独立卫生间和沐浴室。学校有学生食堂和教职工食堂，还有美食广场可提供各种精美小吃。

There are 6 student apartments on campus, which can accommodate more than 10,000 students. Each apartment is for 4 to 8 people, and is equipped with independent toilets and shower rooms. There are also a student canteen and a staff canteen, as well as a food court that provides a variety of delicious snacks.
