哈尔滨工程大学坐落于美丽的松花江畔--北国“冰城”哈尔滨市，，始建于1953年。学校是首批“211工程”重点建设高校；2002年，获批建立研究生院；2011年，成为国家“985工程”优势学科创新平台项目建设高校；2017年，进入国家“双一流”建设行列；是国家“三海一核”领域重要的人才培养和科学研究基地。

Harbin Engineering University is located in the beautiful Songhua River -- Harbin, the "ice city" in the north. It was founded in 1953. 学校占地面积138.35万平方米，设有17个学院，博士后科研流动站（含工作站）14个，一级学科博士点（含专业）14个，一级学科硕士点32个，本科招生专业56个。现有教职工2907人，其中院士8人，正教授1171人。在校生27000余人，其中本科生15000余人，研究生9000余人，留学生人数1600余人。

The school covers an area of 1.3835 million square meters. It has 17 colleges, 14 post-doctoral research mobile stations (including workstations), 14 first-class discipline doctoral programs (including majors), 32 first-class discipline master programs, and 56 undergraduate enrollment programs. There are 2907 faculty members, including 8 academicians and 1171 full professors. There were more than 27000 students, including more than 15000 undergraduates, more than 9000 postgraduates and more than 1600 international students.

学校以船舶与海洋装备、海洋信息、船舶动力、先进核能与核安全4个学科群为牵引，构建特色学科优势突出、通用和基础学科支撑配套、文管学科独具特色、专业结构布局合理的“三海一核”特色学科专业体系。现有一级学科博士点14个，一级学科硕士点32个，博士专业学位类别2个，硕士专业学位类别9个，博士后科研流动站12个，博士后科研工作站2个。国家一级、二级重点学科各1个，一级重点学科11个。现有本科专业63个，国家级一流本科专业11个，教育部特色专业7个，卓越工程师教育培养计划专业7个，4个专业入选国家级专业综合改革试点项目。学校材料科学、工程学、化学、计算机科学进入ESI全球前1%；在国家第四轮学科评估中，船舶与海洋工程、控制科学与工程学科分别获得A+和A-等级，一级学科博士点全部进入全国前30%。

Guided by the four discipline groups of ship and marine equipment, marine information, ship power, advanced nuclear energy and nuclear safety, the university has built a characteristic discipline professional system of "three seas and one nuclear" with prominent advantages of characteristic disciplines, supporting and supporting general and basic disciplines, the unique discipline of civil administration and reasonable professional structure layout. At present, there are 14 first-class discipline doctoral programs, 32 first-class discipline master programs, 2 doctoral professional degrees, 9 master professional degrees, 12 post-doctoral research mobile stations, and 2 post-doctoral research workstations. Since 2015, Harbin Engineering University has received more than ten foreign student groups and educators visiting China. For a long time, Harbin Engineering has focused on the characteristics of students, based on reality, refined the division of labour and strengthened the characteristics. 2020年新冠疫情爆发以来，夏令营团组由线下转为线上。截止到目前，哈工程已经成功承办了三期“汉语桥”线上文化体验夏令营项目。专业充实的汉语课程、丰富多彩的线上文化体验课堂、特色鲜明的线上录播课都给学生带来了耳目一新的视听享受。

Since the outbreak of COVID-19 in 2020, summer camp groups have changed from offline to online. Up to now, Harbin Engineering has successfully undertaken three phases of the "Chinese Bridge" online cultural experience summer camp project. Professional Chinese courses, rich and colourful online cultural experience classes, and distinctive online recording and broadcasting classes have brought fresh audio-visual enjoyment to students.

1.优化师资配备，完善课程设置Optimize the allocation of teachers and improve the curriculum

根据学生不同的水平层级，将学生分如不同的教学班，选择我校具有丰富教学经验和多种教学手段的优秀教师，因材施教，多方位多手段地进行教学。积极贯彻“以学生为中心”的教学理念，采取灵活多样的授课方式，并引导学生学以致用。在汉语课程方面，设置了汉语主讲及汉语训练课程，学习结束之际，组织学生参加汉语结业考试，并颁发结业证书和成绩单。在文化体验课程方面，设置了中国茶艺、中国传统音乐、中国传统美食等文化体验课程，加深学生对汉语、对中华文化的理解和认知。According to different levels of students, students are divided into different teaching classes, and excellent teachers with rich teaching experience and various teaching methods are selected to teach students according to their aptitude and conduct teaching in multiple ways. 团组统一入住学校外专留学生公寓，学生一人一间，房间内设有独立洗手间，配备空调、暖气、网络、冷热水洗澡设施，公寓实行封闭管理，并制定严格巡视制度，确保安全。

The group will live in the foreign student's apartment at the University. Each student has one room. The room is equipped with an independent toilet, equipped with air conditioning, heating, a network, and cold and hot water bathing facilities. The apartment is under closed management, and a strict inspection system is developed to ensure safety.
