浙江传媒学院是浙江省人民政府和国家广播电视总局共建高校，是一所行业特色鲜明的高水平传媒类高校。学校设有16个二级学院（部、中心）,在校本科生和研究生共14500余人,教职员工约1400人。

Communication University of Zhejiang is a high level media university with distinctive industry characteristics, jointly built by the People's Government of Zhejiang Province and the National Radio and Television Administration. CUZ consists of 16 self-governing schools, colleges, institutions and other functional departments. Currently there are more than 14500 full-time enrolled undergraduate students and postgraduate students studying at the University. About 1400 teaching staff are currently employed to serve the University.

学校配备先进的教学和实验设备，总值约3.75亿元。建有国内高校首个5G+4K电竞综合演播室。学校还建有11个国家级和省级实验教学示范中心，50多个实验室，包括播音与主持实践实验室和虚拟仿真实验教学中心。

The University is well-equipped with advanced teaching and experimental facilities with a total value of about 375 million RMB. It has built the first comprehensive 5G+4K E-sports studio in China. At a national and provincial level, 11 experimental teaching model centres, more than 50 laboratories including one for broadcast announcing practice and one for Special Digital Effects are set up and in use. 

图书馆馆藏纸本图书总量179.5万册，电子图书170.8万册，电子期刊124万册，学位论文894万册，音视频97101小时。

The CUZ Library has a collection of 1.795 million printed books and publications, 1.708 million e-books, 1.24 million electronic journal, 8.94 million academic dissertations, and more than 97101 hours of audio-visual items.

浙江传媒学院现有杭州钱塘和桐乡乌镇两个校区，占地1305亩，总建筑面积64.2万平方米。本次夏令营活动将在我校钱塘校区举行，钱塘校区坐落于浙江省杭州市钱塘区学源街 998 号，占地730亩，建筑面积近40万平方米。

CUZ has two campuses, located in Qiantang and Tongxiang respectively, covering an area of 1,305 acres and a total construction area of 642,000 square meters. The summer camp will be held in the Qiantang Campus at No. 998 Xueyuan Street, Qiantang District, Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, covering an area of 730 acres and a construction area of nearly 400,000 square meters.

自2019年以来，我校多次参与“汉语桥”夏令营和“汉语桥”线上团组活动，在活动组织、对外汉语教学、文化传播等方面积累了丰富的经验。本次夏令营活动将邀请资深对外汉语教师、播音主持业内专家亲临授课，充分利用校内传媒特色智慧教室和实验室资源，为营员提供优质的语言类课程。同时，本次活动将充分结合“学汉语，探乡村”主题，开展主题讲座、工作坊、讨论会等活动，多模态、全方位、立体化展示浙江省在八八战略指引下，坚持以文兴业、以文惠民、以文塑韵，建设美丽乡村的巨大成就。

Since 2019, our university has participated in the "Chinese Bridge" summer camps and the "Chinese Bridge" online camps for many times, and gained rich experience in event organization, cultural communication, teaching Chinese as a foreign language and other aspects. The senior teachers of Chinese as a foreign language and experts in broadcasting and hosting will be invited during this activity to give lectures, making full use of the campus media-featured smart classrooms and laboratory resources to provide high-quality language courses for learners.  At the same time, this camp with a theme of "Learn Chinese, Explore Countryside" will offer keynote lectures, workshops, seminars and other activities, giving a multi-modal, all-round, three-dimensional display on how Zhejiang Province, under the guidance of the Double-Eight strategy, made great achievements of building a beautiful countryside by adhering to the principle of promoting business, benefiting the people, shaping a charm with culture. 

此外，本次夏令营还将结合主题，带领营员走访杭州龙井村、乌镇、桐乡濮院,还有桐庐、富阳等地特色乡村，深入感受浙江省在农村精准脱贫、生态建设、文化传承等方面的成果，为营员呈现一幅“农强、村美、民富”的乡村振兴崭新画卷和共同富裕示范区新风貌。

In addition, this themed camp will also offer some field trips by visiting Longjing village of Hangzhou, Wuzhen, Puyuan village of Tongxiang, and some special villages in rural areas of Tonglu and Fuyang Counties. These trips will provide the learners with in-depth experience in the achievements in targeted poverty alleviation, ecological construction, cultural heritage in the rural areas of Zhejiang Province, presenting a picture of "strong agriculture, beautiful villages, and affluent  people" in rural revitalization campaign and taking on an outlook of common prosperity demonstration zone.

浙江传媒学院共有21幢宿舍楼，3000余间宿舍，有双人间、四人间等多种房型，床基本长2米、宽0.9米、高1.2米。空调、电扇和饮水机一应俱全，都有独立卫浴和独立阳台。其中15号宿舍楼为留学生公寓，配备1名常日班前台人员，负责入住、接待、来访人员登记工作，宿舍管理员设早、晚两班轮班，确保公寓楼24小时有人值守，专职保洁人员2人，负责楼内公共区域的保洁工作。此外宿舍区域还有洗衣房、咖啡厅、休息室、活动室等，可以为营员们提供一个温馨、安全的住宿环境，满足营员在夏令营项目的住宿要求。

CUZ has 21 dormitory buildings with more than 3,000 rooms, including twin rooms and quad rooms. They are all equipped with air conditioning, electric fans and drinking dispensers, and each dormitory has an en-suite bathroom and balcony. One of the halls, No. 15, is an international student dormitory. It is equipped with one receptionist on a daily basis, who is responsible for check-in, reception and registration of visitors, and two shifts of dormitory supervisors, one in the morning and one in the evening, to ensure that the building is manned 24 hours a day. Two full-time cleaning staff are responsible for the cleaning of the public areas in the building.The laundry, cafeteria, lounge and activity room in the dormitory area are available, which can provide a cosy and safe accommodation environment for the learners and meet their living requirements.

此外，浙江传媒学院还拥有一家综合性酒店，总建筑面积12000㎡。酒店拥有各类房间共145间，其中标间103间，单间28间，家庭房8间，套房6间。房间内配备中央空调、纯平液晶电视、免费宽带上网、国际国内直拨电话等设施。酒店位于下沙校区学生宿舍区域，地理位置优越，生活便利。

In addition, CUZ also has a hotel with a total construction area of 12,000 square meters. The hotel has 145 rooms including 103 twin rooms, 28 single rooms, 8 family rooms, and 6 suites. The rooms are equipped with central air conditioning, flat-screen LCD TV, offering services like free broadband Internet access, international and domestic direct dial telephone. The hotel is located in the student dormitory area of Xiasha campus Xiasha Campus, providing convenient transportation and living environment.
