黑龙江中医药大学于2012年获批建设汉语国际推广基地——中医药文化研修与体验基地，该基地以中医药文化为载体，以海外孔子学院为平台，以服务全球孔子学院建设和发展为目标，有针对性地为孔子学院院长和师生提供具体的研修实践场所，同时广泛开展与中医药文化及汉语言文化相关的师资培训、教材研发、文化推广与体验等活动，我校以该基地为依托，每年承接“汉语桥”来华团组，使更多的人能更深入地领悟中华民族优秀文化的精髓，增强对外汉语教学的吸引力和感召力。

In 2012, Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine was approved to establish a base for international promotion of Chinese language, a base for training and experience in Chinese medicine culture. The base takes Chinese medicine culture as a carrier, takes overseas Confucius Institutes as a platform, and aims to serve the construction and development of Confucius Institutes around the world, to provide Confucius Institute directors, teachers and students with specific training and practice places in a targeted manner, and at the same time extensively carry out activities such as teacher training, teaching material development, cultural promotion and experience related to Chinese medicine culture and Chinese language. Relying on this base, the University hosts "Chinese Bridge" delegations to China every year, so that more people can understand the essence of the excellent culture of the Chinese nation more deeply, and enhance the attractiveness and appeal of teaching Chinese as a foreign language.

The itinerary of this Chinese Medicine Cultural Experience Tour will last for a week visiting Harbin and Beijing two cities, it will cover many aspects such as visits to traditional Chinese medicine facilities, cultural experience activities of the two places, and exchanges and discussions with authoritative figures in the traditional Chinese medicine industry:

一、中医药文化讲座

Lectures on Chinese Medicine Culture

本行程通过中国中医药发展现状简介、初识中医和健康饮食三个讲座，梳理中医在中国的起源与发展的历史脉络，深入浅出地介绍中医基本理论，以及中医在现代中国和世界的应用现状，消除有些人对中医的误解，形成对中医的初步认识。

Through three lectures on the current situation of Chinese medicine development in China, first-time knowledge of Chinese medicine and healthy diet, this itinerary sorts out the historical context of the origin and development of Chinese medicine in China, and introduces the basic theory of Chinese medicine in simple terms, as well as the application status of Chinese medicine in modern China and the world. The lectures will eliminate some people's misunderstandings about Chinese medicine and form a preliminary understanding of Chinese medicine.

二、参观访问黑龙江中医药大学及其附属医院、中医药博物馆

黑龙江中医药大学是黑龙江省“高水平大学和优势特色学科建设高校”，是科技部国际合作基地、国家中医药管理局国际合作基地，与世界上30多个国家和地区的40多所医学院校或研究机构开展了教育、医疗、科技合作与交流。我校有四所直属附属医院，设施完备，医疗及教学水平居于国内前列。中医药博物馆总面积5013平方米，以中医药为主题，以陈列展示为中心，以互动体验为特色，是中医药文化传承的重要平台。

Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine is a “high-level university with advantageous and characteristic disciplines” in Heilongjiang Province. It is an international cooperation base of the Ministry of Science and Technology and an international cooperation base of the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine. It has carried out educational, medical, scientific and technological cooperation and exchanges with more than 40 medical schools in more than 30 countries and regions in the world. The University has four directly affiliated hospitals with complete facilities, and the level of medical treatment and teaching is in the forefront of the country. As an important part of foreign exchanges, Chinese medicine plays an important role in the field of international education and service trade. The headteachers’ group will conduct in-depth discussions with relevant personnel from the Provincial Department of Education and Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine on international exchange of Chinese medicine.

四、哈尔滨、北京地域特色文化体验

Regional Cultural experience of Harbin and Beijing 

哈尔滨的历史源远流长，是一座从来没有过城墙的城市。哈尔滨的夏天凉爽宜人，冬天银装素裹,市内建筑中西合璧。哈尔滨素来有着“东方小巴黎”、“东方莫斯科”的美名。

Harbin has a long history and is a city that has never had a city wall. Harbin's summer is cool and pleasant, and winter is full of silver, and the city's architecture combines Chinese and Western architecture. Harbin has always been known as "Oriental Little Paris" and "Oriental Moscow". 

一、住宿设施：本项目住宿安排哈尔滨市四星级酒店

入住旅游局四星级涉外旅游宾馆，客房设计别致高雅、豪华时尚、安全舒适，拥有独立控制中央空调、客房保险箱、高速光纤、有线电视等设施，商务中心、票务中心、茶吧、西式早餐等配套服务一应俱全，会议功能齐全，餐饮配套完善。

二、餐饮：项目行程中提供中式、俄式餐点及黑龙江特色美食，按照时间分段规划为圆桌形式或自助餐形式。

三、出行

为保障项目行程安全，提供项目期间车辆调配、服务工作，有项目专任责任人员安排并陪同出行。按照出行人数配备商务别克、小团组考斯特、及大巴等专项车辆。

安排项目服务保障组，负责接待有关活动安排，如：来访现场拍照、会前投影仪调试、检查对方资料(PPT)是否统一拷贝、播放是否正常、速记安排、会议位置安排及相关后勤保障工作。

We will form a service support team to be responsible for the arrangement of reception related activities, such as: taking photos at the visiting site, commissioning the projector before the meeting, checking whether the other party's data (PPT) is uniformly copied and played normally, arranging the stenographers for the meeting, arranging the meeting location and relevant logistics support.
