国际教育学院作为天津外国语大学的留学生教学和管理归口单位，专门从事留学生培养工作。学院多年承办外国来华留学生夏令营项目，接待来自美国、葡萄牙、哥伦比亚、韩国、日本、苏格兰等国的学生。每期的夏令营学院都针对学生的特点对夏令营内容进行专门的设计和调整，采用分水平、分班授课的模式，汉语学习以话题的形式展开，强调体验性，将语言知识学习和文化探访相结合，让学生在短时间内获得最大的收获，每期夏令营活动都深受学生喜爱。

国际交流中心（留学生公寓）于2011年9月建成并投入使用，主体建筑面积17710平方米，地上14层，地下1层，主要为外国留学生宿舍、外国专家公寓和餐厅。可容纳500余名留学生和部分外籍专家住宿。内设餐厅、咖啡厅、洗衣房、公共厨房等配套设施。房间设施包括卧室、卫生间，中央空调、卫星电视、无线Wifi、电话、写字台、椅子、衣柜等。卫生间有淋浴、全天供应热水。

The International Exchange Center (International Student Apartment) was completed and put into use in September 2011. The main building area is 17710 square meters, with 14 floors above the ground and 1 floor underground. It is mainly composed of foreign student dormitories, foreign expert apartments and restaurants. It can accommodate more than 500 international students and some foreign experts. There are restaurants, cafes, laundries, public kitchens and other supporting facilities. Room facilities include bedroom, bathroom, central air conditioning, satellite TV, wireless WiFi, telephone, desk, chair, wardrobe, etc. The bathroom has a shower and hot water all day.
